Overview
Savely365 ("we", "us") helps you track personal savings goals over 365 days. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email, and password when you sign up (password stored securely by our auth provider).
- Savings data — goal names, amounts, currency, daily progress, and plan settings you enter in the app.
- Waitlist sign-ups — email and optional first name if you join our pre-launch list.
- Preferences — notification and reminder settings stored on your device.
Where your data lives
By default, your savings progress is stored on your device in your browser. If you sign in, we optionally sync your goals to our cloud database so you can back up and restore across devices.
We do not connect to your bank, credit cards, or financial accounts. We never see your real money — only the amounts you choose to log.
How we use your data
- Run the app — show your goals, progress, and daily reminders.
- Authenticate you and sync optional cloud backup.
- Send account emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset) via our auth provider.
- Send launch updates if you joined the waitlist.
- Respond when you contact support@savely365.com.
We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to host and operate Savely365:
- Vercel — hosts the website and app.
- Supabase — handles sign-in, account emails, optional cloud sync, and waitlist storage.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, your browser or installed app may show local notifications. You can turn these off anytime in Profile settings or your device settings.
Advertising and cookies
Some public pages on Savely365 may show third-party advertising (for example, Google AdSense). Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other sites. We do not use advertising inside the signed-in savings tracker screens.
You can learn how Google uses data when you use partner sites in Google's advertising policies, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings. Browser controls and extensions can also limit third-party cookies.
Essential cookies or local storage may still be used to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as calculator currency), and store on-device savings progress.
Children
Savely365 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your choices
- Cloud backup — optional; use the app without signing in to keep data local only.
- Reset progress — clear saved checkmarks in Profile without deleting goals.
- Delete data — log out, reset the app, or email support@savely365.com to request account or waitlist removal.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
