What Savely365 is
Savely365 is a free personal savings tracker and habit coach. It helps you plan and log daily saves toward goals you define. It is a planning tool only — not a bank, wallet, investment service, or financial advisor.
Not financial advice
Amounts, plans, and tips in the app are for personal organization only. We do not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own saving and spending decisions.
Your account
- Provide accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Notify us at support@savely365.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Attempt to break, scrape, or overload our systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
Data and availability
We try to keep Savely365 available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees. Local or cloud data could be lost if you clear browser storage, reset the app, or experience device failure — use optional cloud backup if you need a copy across devices.
Advertising
Public pages (such as guides and marketing pages) may display third-party ads. Ads are not financial advice and do not change how the savings tracker works. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising partners may use cookies.
Termination
You may stop using Savely365 anytime. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. We will try to give reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Savely365 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial losses related to your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is $0 for the free service).
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
